Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the daily operation of the Housekeeping Department and guide a multicultural team to uphold Rotana's impeccable standards. The role requires a college or university degree and at least three years of management experience in hotel housekeeping, fluent English, and working knowledge of Micros/Opera.

You will set standards, train staff, monitor quality and costs, and collaborate with other departments

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher; at least 3 years of hotel housekeeping management experience.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) and familiar with Micros/Opera.
Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operation of the Housekeeping Department in a hotel/resort.
Lead and develop a multicultural housekeeping team to meet Rotana standards.
Train housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness and service levels.
Monitor performance and quality control to ensure consistency across rooms and public areas.
Manage purchasing, inventory, and cost controls for the department.
Set and communicate standards and guidelines to ensure guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations.
Model professional conduct and provide coaching and feedback.
Plan short- and long-term strategies for the department.
