Jumeirah Al Qasr in Dubai, part of Dubai Holding, seeks an Executive - Finance to manage core accounting activities and support strategic decision-making within a globally renowned luxury hospitality group. You'll perform bank reconciliations, process intercompany payments, and maintain books for multiple business units, while ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely reporting.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent from a renowned university.
• Professional Finance or Accounting Certification (CPA, CIMA).
• Experience handling financial operations, reporting, and budgeting in a professional environment.
• Ability to work with accounting systems and support business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and post bank statements ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and adherence to SLA deadlines
• Process intercompany payments, technical service fees, and corporate credit card charges accurately, ensuring correct account allocation
• Maintain and reconcile books for Jumeirah Management Services business units, including month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations
• Update and verify supplier bank account details, ensuring compliance and data accuracy
• Support team members and stakeholders, resolve queries promptly, and manage monthly data backups for archiving and record-keeping compliance
