An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executiveto join Engineering teamfor Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Deliver professional and courteous serviceat all times, maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and adhering to hotel policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory and procurement processes, ensuring quality control during goods receipt, accurate record-keeping, and timely preparation of purchase requests.
• Support engineering operationsby processing work requests, tracking job completion, and maintaining preventive maintenance schedules and cost allocations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and cleanliness standards, maintaining an organized workspace and observing health and safety protocols.
• Participate in departmental communication and training, attend meetings, and remain flexible to perform additional duties or support other areas as required.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Must hold an engineering-related certification, diploma, or City & Guilds qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in a team leader role within a five-star hospitality setting.
• Strong English communication skills, with solid report writing and listening abilities.
• Highly organized, flexible, and capable of independent decision-making, with a strong grasp of engineering disciplines and teamwork.
• Proficient in CMMS systems, AutoCAD, and engineering management software; familiar with FLS and basic financial processes.
