Job summary

LanceSoft Middle East in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Executive Director to lead a high‑profile UAE infrastructure program for the government client PMC framework, serving as the single point of executive accountability.

You will translate client objectives into an integrated delivery mandate across scope, cost, schedule, quality and risk, and act as the primary interface with UAE government executives and funding authorities.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in leading programmes or portfolios for large infrastructure or urban development
• Proven interface with government or client executives, including approvals and funding
• Strong governance, commercial and strategic decision-making capabilities
• Experience establishing clear accountability, authority, and communication across multi-party delivery environments

Responsibilities

• Provide the single point of executive accountability for the UAE Gov. Client PMC framework
• Translate client objectives into an integrated delivery mandate across scope, cost, schedule, quality and risk
• Act as the primary senior interface with UAE Gov. Executives, approval and funding authorities
• Set governance, authority and communication structures for delivery teams across multiple parties
