Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of experience leading at programme/portfolio level for large, complex infrastructure or urban development programmes.
• Extensive leadership of large-scale infrastructure or urban development programmes through full lifecycle.
• Substantial UAE/GCC delivery exposure and familiarity with Abu Dhabi government client environments.
• Chartered status (CEng/FICE) and PgMP/PfMP advantageous (not mandatory).
