Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks an Executive Director - Gaming Marketing CRM to lead our CRM strategy across Gaming and Hotel segments. You will own the enterprise CRM roadmap, governance, and personalization initiatives, collaborating with property leadership to drive engagement and profitability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
8–12+ years in CRM, Gaming Marketing, Sales Effectiveness, or Marketing Tech leadership.
5+ years leading CRM implementations in gaming, hospitality, or integrated resorts.
Strong knowledge of gaming marketing strategy and lifecycle management.
Advanced SQL and Teradata proficiency.
Experience with Salesforce, CDP platforms, and marketing automation.
Excellent executive communication and strategic thinking.
Ability to lead complex, multi-property implementations.

Responsibilities

Design and lead Wynn's enterprise CRM strategy across Gaming, Hotel, and related channels.
Govern CRM contact strategies, personalization, and governance.
Partner with property leadership to improve engagement and profitability.
Own CRM and martech roadmap across platforms (Salesforce, CDP, Wynn apps, SevenRooms).
Oversee data governance, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
Drive data-driven personalization, testing, and attribution models.
Lead adoption, enablement, and training for CRM tools.
Manage vendor relationships and accountability for performance.
