Job summary

Wealthbrix Capital Partners Limited is seeking an Executive Director & Client Partner to lead and expand our UHNW/HNW client franchise in Dubai, leveraging an institutional-grade, open-architecture platform. You will own a sizeable book and serve as chief advisor on investments, structuring, banking, and lending.

The role targets senior bankers with EAM/MFO backgrounds, offering autonomy, back-office support, and a performance-based incentive tied to AUM growth.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years minimum experience in private banking/wealth management/EAM
• Proven ability to originate and retain a sizeable, revenue-generating book of clients/assets
• Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and grow a portfolio of UHNW/HNW client relationships with assets of USD 150M–200M+.
• Act as primary contact and trusted advisor across investments, wealth structuring, banking, and lending.
• Originate new client relationships and referrals to expand the UHNW/HNW franchise.
• Deliver holistic wealth advice spanning discretionary/advisory portfolios, alternatives, and advisory products.

The Opportunity

As Executive Director & Client Partner, you will take ownership of an established book of UHNW/HNW relationships and sizeable assets under management / advisory, acting as the primary trusted advisor and strategic partner to your clients. You will represent the full breadth of Wealthbrix’s institutional platform — multi-custodian access, open-architecture investment products, and bespoke advisory — bringing clients a wider and more independent choice than they would typically receive from a traditional wealth platform.

This role suits a senior banker, ideally with a background at an External Asset Manager (EAM) / Multi-Family Office, who is ready to move onto an institutional-grade platform and build a long-term franchise with greater product breadth, independence, and economics.

Key Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and grow a portfolio of UHNW and HNW client relationships, carrying a sizeable book of assets under management/advisory of at least USD 150M–200M+.
• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients across investments, wealth structuring, banking, and lending needs.
• Originate new client relationships and referrals, expanding the firm's UHNW/HNW franchise in target markets, with a personal revenue/AUM growth target agreed annually.
• Deliver holistic wealth advice spanning discretionary and advisory portfolios, alternative investments, structured products, banking/credit solutions, and wealth structuring, leveraging the platform's open-architecture and multi-custodian capabilities.
• Partner with product specialists, investment advisory, and structuring teams to construct tailored solutions for clients.
• Ensure the highest standards of client experience, retention, and satisfaction.
• Maintain full compliance with KYC/AML, client suitability, and all applicable regulatory requirements
• Represent Wealthbrix in the market, building the firm's brand and reputation among UHNW/HNW individuals, family offices, and intermediaries.

Candidate Profile

• 12–15 years minimum experience in private banking, wealth management, or external asset management, with a demonstrable track record of managing UHNW/HNW client relationships.
• Prior experience at an External Asset Manager (EAM), Multi-Family Office, or independent wealth advisory strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to originate and retain a sizeable, revenue-generating book of clients and assets.
• Strong network among UHNW/HNW individuals, family offices, and intermediaries.
• Deep knowledge of investment products (discretionary/advisory mandates, alternatives, structured products), banking/lending, and wealth structuring solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine desire to build on an open-architecture, institutional-grade platform rather than a proprietary product shelf.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, ICWM, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages relevant to the client base (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Russian, French, Spanish) are an advantage.
