Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join us in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven background of successfully managing a high-end restaurant kitchen. We are looking for someone who has a passion for cooking and is enthusiastic about learning new techniques and flavors.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for driving the overall direction of the kitchen, from menu design to food preparation and presentation. The successful candidate must have excellent culinary skills and be able to create dishes that excite and tantalize our customers. You will also be responsible for training and managing the kitchen staff, as well as ensuring that all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.

The successful candidate should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a good understanding of budgeting and cost control. The ability to work well under pressure is also essential, along with a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

The salary offered is 1400 AED per month plus other benefits. We are willing to consider foreign candidates for this position.
