Executive Chef
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. As an Indian restaurant, we are looking for someone who is familiar with and has a passion for Indian cuisine. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month. English proficiency is not required for this job, however, knowledge of Hindi or another Indian language is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food production
- Create new and innovative dishes while also maintaining traditional Indian recipes
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
- Develop menus that cater to different dietary needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in an Indian restaurant or similar setting
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, including spices, cooking techniques, and regional variations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and train kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely preparation of dishes during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to create new dishes while also adhering to traditional recipes
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
