We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu design, staff management and training, and quality assurance.
The Executive Chef should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the Middle East. They should also have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team. Excellent communication abilities are also required along with knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
The Executive Chef will be required to create innovative dishes that meet customer tastes while adhering to budget constraints. They will need to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standard, according to international safety standards and food hygiene guidelines. They must also manage stock levels effectively and plan menus for special occasions as needed. Additionally, they must lead by example when training staff on proper techniques for food preparation while also ensuring that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
