Qualifications

• Experience as Executive Chef or similar role in a busy kitchen.
• Proven ability to design menus and manage kitchen operations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP.
• Experience planning large events and managing costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff.
• Design, develop and update menus for the kitchen.
• Ensure top quality of food and adherence to safety standards.
• Plan and coordinate large events and catering needs.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels and supplier orders.
• Lead kitchen renovations or reorganizations as needed.
• Control costs and maximize efficiency.
