BuySphere Retail Staffing seeks an experienced Executive Chef for our Ajman kitchen. The role focuses on designing and developing menus tailored to Malayalee or Kenyan clientele, while overseeing daily kitchen operations, inventory, and budgeting to ensure quality and consistency.

You will train and supervise kitchen staff, enforce food safety standards, and maintain a clean, efficient work environment. A strong leadership track record and deep cuisine knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of Malayalee or Kenyan cuisine, including traditional dishes and cooking techniques.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team.
• Creativity in menu development and presentation of dishes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
