Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in luxury hotel or standalone fine dining kitchens.
• At least 3 years as Executive Chef or Head Chef in a Michelin-starred, AAA Five Diamond, or equivalent prestige venue.
• Proven expertise in modern international cuisine with strong emphasis on presentation, consistency, and innovation.
• Strong financial acumen — experienced in food cost management, P&L oversight, and waste reduction.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Culinary degree or certification from a recognized institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of kitchen operations including menu development, cost control, hygiene compliance, and team leadership.
• Deliver flawless execution aligned with brand standards and global gastronomic trends.
• Partner with F&B, Marketing, and Revenue teams to create immersive dining experiences that drive loyalty and revenue.
