Job summary

Fujairah Confidential is seeking an accomplished Head Chef with proven experience in international fine dining in the UAE. The ideal candidate must lead high-end kitchens, oversee diverse international menus, and uphold exceptional standards of taste, plating and service.

This role requires minimum 10 years in professional culinary roles, at least 3 years as Head Chef or Chef de Cuisine, UAE experience, and a culinary arts qualification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional culinary experience.
• Minimum 3 years as Head Chef / Chef de Cuisine.
• Experience in fine-dining or high-end restaurant operations.
• Strong expertise in international cuisines (European, Mediterranean, Asian, Middle Eastern).
• Minimum 3 years of UAE culinary experience.
• Currently based in the UAE.
• Degree in Culinary Arts.
• Strong experience in menu development, menu engineering, food costing and kitchen management.
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong leadership skills with experience developing culinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all culinary and kitchen operations.
• Develop and execute high-quality international menus.
• Maintain exceptional standards of taste, consistency, plating and presentation.
• Lead, train and manage the culinary team.
• Manage food cost, inventory, wastage and kitchen profitability.
