The role requires strong organizational and leadership abilities, with a track record of independent, proactive work and the ability to create innovative dishes alongside traditional recipes. UAE-based experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as an Executive Chef or related role in a top-rated establishment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques.
• Ability to create exciting, innovative new dishes while maintaining traditional recipes.
• Excellent organization, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations including menu planning, development, staff management and training, and food preparation/presentation.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are met.
• Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredients.
