Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting.
• Experienced in managing a large team with diverse skill levels.
• Strong knowledge of food products, recipes, preparation techniques, presentation styles & plating techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute innovative menus which showcase the restaurant's concept and brand identity.
• Oversee all culinary operations, including ordering of supplies and managing staff.
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety and quality at all times.
• Develop efficient systems to ensure consistent product delivery.
