Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting.
• Extensive knowledge of Egyptian cuisine as well as international cuisines such as French or Italian.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Develop menus that reflect the cultural identity of Egypt while offering international options.
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation including portion control, plating, and quality control.
• Manage inventory and ordering to minimize waste and control costs.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of cooking techniques and hygiene.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source fresh local ingredients and stay current on trends.
