Executive Chef - Egyptian Cuisine (Abu Dhabi)

We are a renowned restaurant in Abu Dhabi, known for its authentic Egyptian cuisine. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team and lead our kitchen in creating delicious and traditional Egyptian dishes. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled chef to showcase their expertise in Egyptian cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Create menus, oversee food preparation and presentation, manage inventory and ordering supplies, maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards, and train and supervise kitchen staff.
• Maintain the high quality of dishes by ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef, preferably with a focus on Egyptian cuisine.
• Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team and maintain high standards.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Egyptian cooking techniques, along with the ability to create innovative dishes while staying true to the authenticity of the cuisine.
• Highly organized, able to handle high-volume production while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with all departments within the restaurant.
• Fluency in English.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

The working hours may vary depending on business needs but will include weekends and evenings.
