Qualifications

• Proven experience as Executive Chef or similar role in an Egyptian restaurant.
• In-depth knowledge of traditional Egyptian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Executive Chef for Egyptian Restaurant in Sharjah

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a popular Egyptian restaurant in Sharjah. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating and executing menus, and ensuring high-quality food is consistently served to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and create menus that showcase traditional Egyptian cuisine while also incorporating new and innovative dishes
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
• Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
