India Abroad is seeking an experienced Executive Chef for our Bani Yas City kitchen. The role involves creating and delivering new dishes, overseeing all kitchen operations, and training staff to uphold quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Up-to-date with culinary trends focused on quality and presentation.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Ability to lead and energize kitchen teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver new dishes for restaurant menus.
• Oversee all kitchen operations including procurement, preparation, presentation and cleanliness.
• Train and manage kitchen staff in their duties.
• Develop menus within budget while maintaining quality.
• Ensure food items meet health regulations and safety standards.
