Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in an Indian restaurant or hotel.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Ability to create innovative menus while maintaining traditional flavors.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work long hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
