Executive Chef vacancy in El-Fujairah UAE

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, including menu planning and development, quality control, food safety and sanitation regulations, and staff management.

We offer a salary of 1400 AED/month and are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Oversee menu planning and development, including creation of new menus and recipes.
  • Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
  • Recruit, train and supervise kitchen staff; provide leadership and motivation to the team.
  • Manage the kitchen budget and inventory; order supplies as needed.
  • Develop attractive plate presentations and assist with food photography as required.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and stay abreast of industry trends.
Qualifications
