The role requires proven leadership, strong culinary knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure. Salary is 1600$ per month negotiable based on experience, with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high‑volume establishment
• Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Creativity in menu development and food presentation
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Fluent in English, knowledge of Malayalam is a plus
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
