You will manage daily schedules, coordinate travel and meetings, assist with property viewings, liaise with architects and contractors, and ensure confidentiality.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organization, a UAE driving license is advantageous, and a professional, trustworthy presence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Butler/PA, Executive PA, or Personal Assistant.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
• Coordinate personal and business-related tasks.
• Assist with property viewings, meetings, and site visits.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and personal errands.
• Follow up on business and property-related matters.
