Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Organised, reliable and able to multitask.
• Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, discreet and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the founder's daily calendar, meetings and appointments.
• Coordinate meetings, calls and basic travel arrangements.
• Handle professional communication via email, WhatsApp and phone with clients, partners and internal teams.
• Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
• Prepare simple documents, summaries and reports.
• Organise digital files, folders and important information.
• Perform basic online research and provide clear summaries.
• Support both business and personal tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.
