Job summary

Fivehotelsandresorts is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CFO in our Dubai luxury hospitality group. The role requires organization, proactive ownership, and exceptional communication in a fast-paced setting.

You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and draft key documents while maintaining confidentiality and a professional demeanor. Fluency in English is essential; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience as an Executive Assistant in Dubai with a luxury hospitality brand.
• Experience supporting CFO or C-Suite executives is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and listening skills; fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel and take ownership of duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily schedule of C-Suite executives with precision and no overlaps.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, client appointments, and reviews.
• Organize travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transport.
• Serve as first point of contact for executives with stakeholders.
• Draft, proofread, and manage emails, reports, and presentations with proper tone.
• Prepare agendas and briefings; record minutes and track action items.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
