Job summary

FIVE Hotels and Resorts is seeking an Entertainment Manager to lead the Entertainment Department and deliver exceptional guest experiences across our luxury destinations. You will manage schedules, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Marketing, Events, and Operations.

The role requires strong leadership, networking with artists and agencies, and the ability to supervise a high-energy team in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates theday-to-day administrative operations of the Entertainment Department.
  
• Maintainsentertainment schedules, event calendars, and operational trackers, ensuringall information is accurate and up to date.
  
• Assists in preparingmonthly reports, departmental presentations, and performance summaries.
  
• Supports thepreparation, monitoring, and reconciliation of departmental budgets and P&Lreports, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and revenue.
  
• Processes purchaserequisitions, purchase orders, invoices, supplier payments, and expense claimsin accordance with company procedures.
  
• Maintains contracts,documentation, permits, licenses, and departmental records, ensuring complianceand timely renewals.
  
• Coordinates internalapprovals and follows up with Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Events, andOperations on departmental requirements.
  
• Prepares weekly,monthly, and ad hoc operational reports, including attendance, entertainmentcosts, event performance, and revenue analysis.
  
• Updates and maintainstrackers for performers, entertainment schedules, contracts, budgets, invoices,and departmental KPIs.
  
• Assists with eventplanning and logistics, ensuring all operational requirements are completedbefore, during, and after each event.
  
• Coordinates artistarrivals, accommodation, transportation, and operational requirements whererequired.
  
• Maintains inventoryrecords of entertainment equipment, costumes, props, and other departmentalassets.
  
• Responds promptly tointernal and external enquiries while providing professional administrativesupport to the Entertainment team.
  
• Performs anyadditional administrative or operational duties.
