Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking an experienced AI strategy leader to translate executive priorities into a measurable AI portfolio. You will govern initiatives across upstream, downstream, trading, and corporate functions, ensuring delivery and value realization.

The role requires 10+ years in AI strategy with enterprise-scale projects and strong capability to work with engineering teams on secure, scalable solutions. High-level executive interaction is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of AI strategy, implementation, or related experience in enterprise environments.
Ability to translate business priorities into an AI portfolio and governance model.
Experience with portfolio governance, business cases, and scaled adoption.
Familiarity with Microsoft enterprise tools in delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Build and manage ADNOC’s executive AI portfolio, from intake to value tracking.
Define a stage-gated AI delivery model from idea to scaled deployment.
Collaborate with units to identify high-value AI opportunities across functions.
Own ROI, productivity, cycle-time, risk, adoption, and benefit metrics.
Partner with engineering teams to ensure feasibility, security, and scalability.
Drive AI fluency, change management, and adoption plans.
Create steering materials, investment cases, and decision papers.
