Job summary

KERZNER INTERNATIONAL LIMITED in Dubai invites applications for an Assistant Manager – Events & Group Sales. You will drive group and event business by managing client relationships, coordinating requirements and maximizing revenue while ensuring guest satisfaction and service standards.

The role includes handling accounts payable related duties, invoicing accuracy, coding on iScala, month-end reconciliations, audits support, and collaboration with DOF/FM to ensure timely payments, data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in accounts payable or general accounting, hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Verify and post invoices; ensure accurate coding and approvals.
• Process payments as per ageing reports and company policy.
• Support month-end close and intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist auditors and maintain proper filing and confidentiality.
• Maintain assets/liabilities invoices and reconcile with general ledger.
