Job summary

Kempinski Hotels is seeking a Sales Manager for Groups & Events in Dubai to drive revenue through key accounts and new business across assigned markets. You will manage government and corporate accounts, conduct site inspections, and participate in trade shows to grow market share.

The role requires a university background with hospitality training, strong English skills, and proven sales experience in premium hotels. An on-site position in Dubai with global brand support.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in a Sales position, preferably in a 4/5 star hotel.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience in multinational hospitality environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and maximise revenue while pursuing targets.
• Prospect new clients and conduct site inspections.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing to execute annual action plans.
• Maintain CRM/SFA entries and update OPERA contact database.
• Attend trade shows and industry events in assigned markets.
