Client of WhiteCrow Research seeks an experienced Entertainment Production Manager for a state‑of‑the‑art theme park in Dubai. You will operate the daily Entertainment Program, guaranteeing high performance and production values while coordinating with entertainment teams and interdepartmental partners to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Formación

• University Diploma or equivalent in theme park/theatrical production.
• 5+ years in production management or stage management.
• Experience in managing live entertainment events and guest experiences.
• Ability to liaise with multiple departments (marketing, operations, HSE).

Responsabilidades

• Operate the daily Entertainment Program for a state‑of‑the‑art theme park.
• Coordinate with Entertainment teams and interdepartmental partners.
• Source resources, bid, negotiate contracts, manage scope changes.
• Provide coverage at events and external activations.
• Lead and execute entertainment special events and festivals.
• Prepare and maintain project budgets and run schedules.
• Create production books and event documentation.
• Ensure safety compliance and risk assessments.
