Job summary
Client of WhiteCrow Research seeks an experienced Entertainment Production Manager for a state‑of‑the‑art theme park in Dubai. You will operate the daily Entertainment Program, guaranteeing high performance and production values while coordinating with entertainment teams and interdepartmental partners to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Responsibilities include sourcing resources, negotiating contracts, managing budgets, creating run schedules, maintaining assets, and leading marquee
Qualifications
- University Diploma or equivalent in theme park/theatrical production.
- 5+ years in production management or stage management.
- Experience in managing live entertainment events and guest experiences.
- Ability to liaise with multiple departments (marketing, operations, HSE).
Responsibilities
- Operate the daily Entertainment Program for a state‑of‑the‑art theme park.
- Coordinate with Entertainment teams and interdepartmental partners.
- Source resources, bid, negotiate contracts, manage scope changes.
- Provide coverage at events and external activations.
- Lead and execute entertainment special events and festivals.
- Prepare and maintain project budgets and run schedules.
- Create production books and event documentation.
- Ensure safety compliance and risk assessments.
