Job summary

Client of WhiteCrow Research seeks a senior executive to lead retail product development for licensed and generic lines within a global theme park context. You will manage licenses, vendors, and brand directions while aligning ranges with market trends and fantasy themes.

You will drive international procurement, negotiate terms, ensure safety and IP compliance, and optimize inventory and replenishment across UAE operations.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with 6+ years in a senior executive/managerial role.
• Minimum 2 years of theme park retail experience preferred.
• Strong English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee license retail product development and vendor relations.
• Develop ranges aligned with trends and brand forecasts.
• Ensure GCC safety and IP compliance.
• Negotiate terms with local and international vendors.
• Monitor inventory, replenishment and sales performance.
• Coordinate with warehouse and IP teams.
