Jumbo Manpower and Services LLC is seeking an experienced Workforce Planning professional in Dubai to prepare event-wise manpower forecasts based on venue size, event type, and service duration. You will analyze historical data and event calendars to create accurate staffing plans, coordinating with Housekeeping and Operations to align requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Resource Planning, Workforce Planning, Operations Planning, or similar roles.
• Strong MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and data analysis.
• Experience in manpower forecasting, budgeting and reporting is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare event-wise manpower forecasts based on venue size, event type, cleaning requirements and service duration.
• Analyze historical manpower data and current event calendars to prepare staffing plans.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping Management and Operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
• Prepare and communicate manpower plans to internal teams and manpower suppliers.
• Coordinate with the scheduling team to ensure manpower deployment matches operational requirements.
• Monitor manpower budgets and identify deviations from forecasts.
• Track planned vs. actual manpower utilization for each event.
• Prepare post-event reports and analyze manpower trends and resource utilization.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in workforce planning.
