Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 1 Years Work Experience Hotel Operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Knowledge about ISO 14001 is an added advantage.

• Provide excellent and consistent level of service to customers.
• Assist operationally and administratively in achieving department revenue targets.
