Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a large-scale Abu Dhabi event. You will coordinate on-ground teams, supervise daily on-site activities, and ensure operations run smoothly according to event plans.

You will monitor site conditions, visitor flow, and safety procedures, reporting issues to the Operations Manager and helping implement staffing plans and schedules. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Formación

• Experience in event operations or live event delivery.
• Experience supervising teams in public venues or large events.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage on-site activities amid changing priorities.
• Understanding of site safety and operational procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily on-site activities and ensure areas are ready for visitors.
• Coordinate staff, suppliers, and service providers to support daily operations.
• Monitor site conditions, visitor movement, and operational requirements.
• Conduct regular site checks and report issues.
• Support implementation of schedules, staffing plans, and procedures.
• Respond to on-site challenges and coordinate timely solutions.
• Maintain operational records and provide updates to the Operations Manager.
