Job summary

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a large-scale Abu Dhabi event. You will coordinate on-ground teams, supervise daily on-site activities, and ensure operations run smoothly according to event plans.

You will monitor site conditions, visitor flow, and safety procedures, reporting issues to the Operations Manager and helping implement staffing plans and schedules. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in event operations or live event delivery.

The Operations Supervisor supports daily event site operations by coordinating on-ground teams, monitoring operational areas, and ensuring activities run smoothly in accordance with event plans and procedures.
