Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and dismantle audio-visual equipment for meetings, conferences, banquets, weddings, and special events.
Install, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot projectors, LED screens, televisions, sound systems, microphones, video conferencing equipment, and control systems.
Carry out preventive maintenance on AV equipment to ensure reliable performance.
Respond promptly to AV-related maintenance requests from guests and internal departments.
Coordinate with Banquets, Events, Sales, IT, and other departments to meet event requirements.
