Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of sales experience in luxury retail, automotive, technology, electronics, or premium sectors.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage showroom customers professionally.
• Assess needs, demonstrate products, and arrange test drives.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom performance.
• Maintain leads, opportunities, and test drive records in CRM.
• Follow all sales processes, deposits, and vehicle orders.
• Keep showroom standards and demo vehicles ready.
• Complete compliance and system training.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
