Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in the UAE is seeking a customer-focused Sales Executive for the Electric Mobility team, representing BYD. You will deliver showroom experiences, guide customers through their purchasing journey, and strive to achieve individual targets while adhering to Al-Futtaim and BYD processes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales experience, strong communication, and a passion for premium retail; Arabic is preferred. English fluency and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably within luxury retail, automotive, technology, electronics, or premium customer-facing industries.
• Automotive sales experience is advantageous.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers visiting the showroom in a professional manner.
• Conduct customer needs assessments, product demonstrations, and test drives.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that positively impacts NPS and Mystery Shopping results.
• Achieve monthly individual sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM systems.
• Promote finance, insurance, and value-added products aligned with customer needs.
• Accurately maintain leads, opportunities, customer records, and test drive activities in C4C.
• Follow all company sales processes, governance requirements, and internal controls.
• Ensure accurate sales documentation, deposits, and vehicle order processing.
• Maintain showroom standards, demo vehicle readiness, and professional conduct at all times.
• Complete all mandatory sales, compliance, and system training requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer journey.
