Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive or premium customer environments.
• At least 3 years of team leadership experience with accountability for revenue targets.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to interpret sales data and KPIs.
• Confident communicator with strong presence and decision-making capability.
• Fluency in English; Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin skills are advantageous.
• Valid UAE driving license.
