Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day retail sales operations across BYD showrooms and pop‑up locations
• Drive sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue growth in line with business targets
• Set and maintain premium customer experience standards aligned with BYD brand values
• Translate commercial strategy into clear sales plans, targets, and floor execution
• Coach, motivate, and develop sales teams to achieve consistent high performance
• Monitor KPIs, sales funnels, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, pricing policies, and brand guidelines
• Act as the senior point of presence on the retail floor, resolving issues and guiding decisions in real time
