Job summary

BELRESHEED GROUP INVESTMENT ONE PERSON COMPANY LLC in Dubai seeks a Senior Luxury Sales Leader to drive pan-European growth for luxury and sports car segments. You will own strategic plans, lead a high-performing team, and build enduring client partnerships across Europe.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in luxury automotive sales, a track record in closing complex deals, and fluency in English, with additional European languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.
• Proven experience in luxury and sports car dealerships.
• Age not exceeding 40 years.
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are an advantage).

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing pan-European sales team.
