European Hostess for Luxury Restaurant - Abu Dhabi

Our client, a luxury branded restaurant in Abu Dhabi, is currently looking for a European Hostess to join their team and be the first point of contact for guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times, and escorting customers to dining and bar areas. You should have strong organizational and people skills to ensure a positive dining experience from arrival to departure. Availability to work in shifts is required. You’ll help provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the venue
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
• Manage reservations
• Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas
• Provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress’s name
• Greet customers upon their departure
• Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
• Maintain a clean reception area
• Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
• Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
• Assist wait staff as needed

Requirements

• Previous work experience as a Hostess in a 5-STAR HOTEL OR LUXURY RESTAURANT
• Must be from Czech Republic, Hungary, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Ukraine and the western part of the Russian Federation/ Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Malta, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovenia, Spain, The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Yugoslavia
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Experience in managing reservations and customers especially during busy periods
• Demonstrable excellent customer-service and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
• Availability to work in shifts as needed
• Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus

Salary

Basic salary: 4000 + accommodation. food. transport + tips
