You will work with Market Analytics, Product Management, and leadership to translate insights into commercial actions, monitor KPIs, and shape long-term marketing initiatives across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Economics or Commercial Business Administration.
• Experience in commercial and sales activities in the regional market.
• Expert market knowledge of segments, customers and competition.
• Strategic mindset with ability to develop long-term marketing strategies.
• Technical knowledge in slab and wall products.
• Fluent in English and one local language.
• Influencer and team player.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of the Business Unit strategy within the assigned Market Unit in close collaboration with regional stakeholders and central functions.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends to support sustainable business growth.
• Develop and execute go-to-market and sales initiatives aligned with the Business Unit Business Plan.
• Act as the key interface between the Business Unit and the Market Unit, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Support local organizations in achieving commercial objectives by identifying improvement opportunities and driving strategic initiatives.
• Monitor business performance, analyze KPIs, and derive actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Market Analytics, Product Management, and regional leadership, to deliver business impact.
