Kerzner International Management in the UAE seeks a Sales Manager – Europe to drive revenue across European source markets for One&Only luxury properties. You will focus on high-end leisure, premium travel trade partnerships and selected group business, leveraging established industry relationships and a global mindset.

Competenze
- Minimum 3 years in luxury hotel or resort sales.
- Experience with European luxury travel partners and tour operators.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Proven ability to meet revenue targets.
- Fluent English is essential; other European languages are a plus.

- Develop and execute sales strategies across European markets to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Build and expand relationships with luxury tour operators, travel advisors and travel trade partners.
- Identify new accounts while maximizing production from existing partners.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and campaigns while maintaining brand positioning.
- Monitor market trends and booking patterns to identify opportunities and address gaps.
- Plan and conduct market visits, roadshows and client meetings across Europe.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and account plans.
