Job summary

NMDC Group seeks a dedicated Compliance professional to support its Corporate Compliance Program in Abu Dhabi. The role acts as an independent body to review and evaluate compliance concerns across the organization and to develop and revise policies to foster an ethical culture.

You will lead investigations, collaborate with Risk Management, Internal Audit, and HR, and ensure effective response to alleged violations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Law, Finance, Accountancy or equivalent professional certifications such as CFE, CCEP, CIA, CCRP, ICSI or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of related work experience in similar industries.

Responsibilities

Support the Corporate Compliance Program as an independent, objective body reviewing compliance issues within the organization.
Develop, initiate, maintain, and revise policies and procedures to prevent illegal or unethical conduct and manage the program operations.
Carry out independent investigations as advised and collaborate with Risk Management, Internal Audit, HR, and other departments to route issues for investigation and resolution.
Respond to alleged violations by evaluating or initiating investigations and reporting to Ethics and Compliance Team Leader.
Develop and oversee a system for uniform handling of violations and assist in corporate governance reporting and related tasks.
