Abu Dhabi Investment Office seeks a Compliance Officer to implement and continuously improve ADIO’s compliance framework, mitigate risks and promote ethical conduct across the organisation. You will provide practical guidance to business units and monitor adherence to policies and government requirements.

The role includes policy management, monitoring and reporting, investigations support, and stakeholder coordination to sustain ADIO’s governance and control environment within the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Risk Management.
• Professional compliance certification (e.g., CCEP, ICA) desirable.

Responsabilités

• Support the implementation and periodic review of the Compliance Framework and controls.
• Monitor adherence to Abu Dhabi Government requirements and internal policies.
• Document findings, promote corrective actions and monitor action plans.
• Prepare periodic compliance reports and management updates.
• Assist with investigations, remediation tracking and governance reviews.
