Job summary

Freesia Electromechanical Works Contracting in Dubai is seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join our MEP team. You will handle estimation for HVAC, Plumbing and Firefighting systems, prepare BOQs and tender pricing, and review drawings and specs to ensure competitive quotes.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background and 6–8 years of MEP estimation experience, with a proven ability to produce accurate quantity take-offs and cost comparisons for bids in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6–8 years of experience in MEP/Mechanical Estimation.
• Strong HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting estimation and quantity take-off.
• Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, material take-offs and tender pricing.
• Review drawings, specifications, scope of work and tender documents.
