Job summary

Emirates Electrical Engineering LLC, part of the Al Rostamani Group, is seeking an experienced MEP Estimation Engineer – Mechanical to review HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting drawings and prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates for residential, commercial, fit-out and industrial buildings in the UAE.

You will coordinate with the Estimation Manager, liaise with suppliers, and ensure accurate tender submissions while integrating ESCO energy-saving measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 5–7 years of UAE/GCC MEP estimation experience (HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting).
• Experience in MEP companies' estimation departments; hands-on with PlanSwift and estimating fit-out/new residential, commercial & industrial projects.
• Knowledge of HVAC Design, Carrier HAP, etc.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate BOQs for HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting materials and resources based on tender documents and drawings.
• Prepare cost estimates for HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting works and submit for review to Estimation Manager.
• Coordinate with Estimation Manager and supply chain for scope details and supplier offers.
• Collaborate with ESCO team to incorporate energy-saving measures into material quantities.
• Review tender documents, drawings and specifications; participate in site visits as needed.
