Job summary

ACTION International Services LLC seeks a talented mechanical engineer with strong estimation and technical support skills for tendering and project execution. Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an internationally recognized University.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an estimation or technical support role, including framework and maintenance contract tendering.
• GCC experience is essential, with exposure to UAE client specifications and regional pricing.
• Proficient in Mechanical Fluid Dynamics, Pump Applications and Selection; Electrical genset systems sizing and load calculations.

Responsibilities

• Review opportunity information, specifications and drawings to determine system design requirements.
• Perform calculations and analysis including pressure drop, flow analysis and generator set sizing.
• Prepare project drawings (working plans to details) per design and guidelines.
• Compile cost estimates and schedule-of-rates pricing for tendered framework and maintenance contracts.
• Assist in bid evaluation and align proposals with company strategy.
• Coordinate with internal groups (purchasing, logistics, sales, operations, accounting) and visit sites as required.
